Hello Everybody! Welcome Back to Art-A-Palooza It's been almost a month that I haven't posted a new blog. Today, I'm going to tell you about the song called, "Don't Cry" by Ken Laszlo. Before I get started with the song, Let's get started with the one and only, Ken Laszlo.
About Ken Laszlo
| Ken Laszlo (1959-Present) |
Gianni Coraini, also known as "Ken Laszlo," was born in 1954 in Italy. He has a talent for music and learned to play the flute. At fifteen, he began his career as a musician by performing in clubs and discos. Until 1984, his song, "Hey, Hey Guy", was a huge success. Songs like "Mary Ann", "Tonight", and "Glasses Man" was also made by Ken Laszlo. He did made a cover, "You're my heart, You're my soul", original written by Modern Talking.
Now that you learned about Ken Laszlo, we are getting started with the song, "Don't Cry".
I chose this song because I have a passion for Hi-NRG. What this song means to me is a little accurate for my perspective because it is telling you to go better off now without him.
For Example, two years ago, my ex once told me after he broke my heart, "You should definetly move on; But, don't be sad, you're about to have a better life without me", the sound of his cries and apologizing hurts me the most after his words.
Ken Laszlo is the Speaker in "Don't Cry", in a melancholic and sadness tone, that spoke to his former partner. This song is about the singer expressing his feelings about the end of the relationship and convince his ex-partner that she is better off apart. The audience is anyone, me included, who has indeed experienced a breakup and can relate to the themes of heartbreak and moving on. This context is most likely a romantic relationship, which the lyrics focus on the emotions and struggles after the breakup.
